In July '22 at our village fete I changed the destination account to send funds directly to the church bank account. Unfortunately I got one number wrong on the sort code but nevertheless the destination was verified. On discovering that the £92 sent never arrived I've been in touch several times with your support team and explained the problem but after many many emails, and they know where the money went, they just stop answering. Is this usual?
