Looking To Find My Dedicated Account Manager

Hi,

When I signed up with Square in June 2025, I was specifically told by the sales representative that I would have a dedicated account manager for my account. It has now been over eight months, and I still do not have anyone assigned to me.

I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I have not received the level of assistance or consistency that was promised. This has been extremely frustrating.

We are currently in the pipeline to acquire a second location, and my intention was to continue growing with Square. However, without a dedicated point of contact or proper support, I am now reconsidering whether we should move our business elsewhere.

Before making that decision, I would like to know if there is someone I can speak with directly — ideally a dedicated account manager — to properly support our expansion plans.

I genuinely hoped to build a long-term relationship with Square, but I need clarity and accountability at this stage.

Please let me know how we can resolve this.

Hi @Bagelman1028, I appreciate you reaching out on this. I definitely understand your frustration, and thank you for you patience.

 

On the Square Community, we are only able to offer non-account specific support, so unfortunately I would not able to directly link you to your account manager. What I can do though, is reach out to our Account Managers team and let them know you are looking to connect.

 

From there, then they will be able to reach out over phone or email to make sure to get this resolved for you.
