Long time storefront from mkt.com - Is tipping not a thing now?!

Hey all - I've had the same storefront through Square since I want to say 2013. I'm a photographer and I've always been able to select enable tipping on my online storefront items.  I now, years later login to Square and come to see my old items do not have that option anymore, nor can I figure out a way to enable tips on any items on my online store front? What am I missing? I've listed items as Services, Digital, etc and no luck... Can someone point me in the right direction to turn the function back on! Thanks so much!

mkt.com/eddiebphotos was my old storefront now it redirects to https://eddiebphotos.square.site/ - I realize this might be an outdated question, if so my apologies! Thanks!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

To collect tips for in-person transactions, enable the following from the Square app:

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner to navigate to the menu.
2. Tap Settings > Tipping.
3. Toggle Collect Tips to on.

To enable tip collection for the Square Online Store, please take a look at the best answer in this thread.

Sorry, no help whatsoever.  This is not for collecting tips in-app, but for tips on my online storefront.  I've had this feature available for years and it's gone now.  If I can't get this fixed, I'll be forced to switch credit card processors sadly.

I'm sorry @EddieBPhotos. I provided instructions on how to enable tips for your Square Online Store beneath where I provided the in-store instructions. Did you see those? 

Do you have a different Online Store host? Other than Square?
