I recently bought a Samsung Tab E Lite 7.0. I downloaded the square app and for the login it keeps popping up with "Login Failed". I am using the correct email and password as I can login thru Chrome on the same tablet with the same login info.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Square app with no luck.
"Forget password" does not send a link to my email thru the Samsung Tablet.
Any suggestions?
Is there any chance you have a USB OTG (on the go) adaptor attached to your Tab E? If so, there is a known issue with Square App not working on Tab E devices with that adaptor. I know that might be an obscure question, but thought I should ask it. Here is a picture of such an adaptor, as well as a link to known device issues with Square,
