Logging into account & adding bank account issues.

I am trying to link my bank account to my invoices. It asks for my square password, but does not recognize it as correct. It works fine in my square acct. I looked at the acct name and there is a typo in the account name. I believe that’s the problem. How do I fix it, there seems to be no way to edit account names?

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting into your account and adding your bank account too. If there is a typo in the account name, I am going to suggest reaching out to our CS Team directly. They will have the ability to fix the typo on our end for you. 

 

Then, you will be able to log into your account without issues.
