Can't log into Dashboard App. It says that my email address and password are incorrect although they are the same ones I use to log into the website. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it still doesn't work. Can you please advise?
Try it again.... I was having that issues earlier. By the time i got to phone support I was able to login again. Could not log in to check Reports or anything. Then I called my shop and found out the Stands were not able to see report there either. Glad today was beautiful out.... ie low sales when this happened.
