Locations are set in settings, but don't show as options for fulfillment in my online store.

I set up my locations in my settings, but not all of them are showing up in my online store as options for fulfillment. It won't show more than 10 locations with options for fulfillment.

We see its your first time posting in the Seller Community, welcome! 😊

In this case we suggest you make sure that all your locations have been enabled for Pick up & Delivery. You may complete this by visiting the Square Online Dashboard > Fulfillment > Pick up & delivery and from there Set up all desired locations.

@JJ_ I am having a similar issue... I have three locations setup in my settings, but only two show as options under Online>Fulfillment>Pickup and I'd like to have all three setup as pickup options for my online customers. Any idea how to fix this?

Hey there @Renoyourlife 

 

It sounds like you may be missing one step in order to get your location ready for pickup. Could you verify under your Online dashboard (Square Dashboard > Click Online > Click Fulfillment) if your missing location says "Edit" or does it say "Set up Location"? If the latter is shown please let us know so we can get this escalated.

I am having this issue right now, except our location was set up as of just a few hours ago, and suddenly it’s missing from the fulfillment settings and there is no option to set it up. My online ordering page says “there are not times available for the selected date” when I click on the scheduling button, and when I try to just add something to the cart and place an order, it gets to the final checkout step and says “we are no longer accepting orders”. Please help!

This may be something that would need one on one troubleshooting assistance from our support team. I'm happy to take a look, though, and let you know for sure. 

 

Can you post a link to your website, and let me know the location that is missing?

I've set the item as available at only one location.  When I try to order the item and choose that location, it says unavailable. It lists a different location as available. I've setup fulfillment at all 4 kiosk locations as pickup/self serve.  I've set the item to pickup because there is no way to set it to self-serve. I can't figure out what step I'm missing.  I'm hoping to have all three kiosks ready to go by December 16th! For example  - The 1619 project on the Civic Theater Kiosk has 2 copies available and there aren't any at the other locations.

I visited that link and the 1619 Project does appear available in the Civic Theater. Maybe this was delayed for some reason or were you able to sort this out?
