Is it possible to get a replacement lightning connector for the square stand?
I am out of warranty and I have swapped devices, cords, power supplies, connectors etc.
I have also successfully charged iPad independently , everything else works when connected via other square stand I have, so I just need a new connecting point or new stand.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your Stand!
The lightning connector in Stand is build into the unit and is unfortunately non-replaceable. If everything else is working though it may be worth calling our team on 1800 760 137 to further troubleshoot the issue.
You could also try updating the iPad to the latest version of iOS and make sure the Square app is up to date, then try turning the iPad off and on again and seeing if this helps!

the iPad itself is not the issue as I have successfully used it in the other stand and both the iPads are up to date.
Any chance the stand can be purchased separately?

You can buy Square Stand either via our website or at Officeworks stores.
If the Stand is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged (eg the connected stopped working as opposed to snapped off) it may be covered - I'd still recommend calling our team for further advice here if that may be the case!

weirdly, I’ve tried the support number a few times now and it says it’s not connected...even though this is the number I’ve called through before...can you please check that out?
