Items added to inventory via spreadsheet only showing up in online dashboard, not on iPad.

I updated my inventory last night as I always do, by uploading an xlsx with my new items. Now the items show up only in the dashboard, not in the POS. I even ended up uploading my inventory a second time as the items weren't visible on the online dashboard. 

In addition to this major problem,
1.) I cannot revert my catalog. I get an error every time.
2.) I cannot delete the items. I get an error every time

3.) If I export my catalog to edit and reupload it, neither google docs nor Excel can open the file.

 

Saturday's usually make my week and this problem is really putting it to me! Would love a way to fix this. In the meantime, I'm going to try and open a CSV and see how that works. Thanks y'all!

Update:
Signing out and signing in to my account on Square fixed the missing inventory. Now I still have the remaining inability to delete the duplicates or otherwise edit the inventory. If I attempt to download a CSV, I only get a host timeour.

Sometimes after making changes to items by the Square Dashboard or By importing my updated CSV file, the Ipads need to be forced to look at you Items.  I press More bottom right on the Ipad then Items.  Then back to the Checkout and it is fine, Exiting Square then Logging back in does the same thing just longer with having to type in your account or device code to log in.
