Hi, Could anyone advise me how to get items from my item library to actually appear on my website shop in a page please? I am very new to all this and clueless!

Hi. If you go to Dashboard / Online / Items / Site Items and look at one of your items, check that it is shown as Visible and not Hidden or Unavailable

Hi @trixiejudes, welcome to the Seller Community! As @tonydow suggested above, you need to make sure each item is visible from your Square Online Overview page. Please make sure the Item Sync is also enabled. With Item Sync, the products in your Square Item Library will sync over to your Square Online Overview page and will continue automatically in the background with some exceptions.

If you are selling predominantly online, I suggest it is better to turn Item Sync off and always create new items online rather than in the POS. This enables you to use rich text and links etc in your item descriptions.

As all say below. When you first start add items directly into your site - click available. If you’re going to track stock - I’d suggest you do this from day one -  add your items. Get at least 2 photos using square photo studio - Google loves 2 or more photographs. Use descriptive titles - to identity your product - Google loves this too -  this as your SEO will be your item description.   Also assign a category str8 away and if you can assign sub catalogues too .  Trust me this will make your life bliss as your company grows. I think you need 10 items to link product to Instagram - so set up a business page or switch to in TIk tok - insta - Facebook. 
also try square retail to see if this is better for you.
