Last month I was able to create an invoice, choose the item from the dropdown list and send the invoice. Now, I receive a blank dropdown box saying, "There are no items to display." Obviously this is not correct.
I tested by going to the Virtual Terminal - all of my items display in the dropdown box and I can select any of them from the list.
Assistance would be much appreciated!
