Item Library issues

I am struggling with my item library items. First of all, I am trying to figure out the fulfillment. I am a business who does presales for cakes and cookies. I like to list my products, have people order and pickup on a certain time and date.

 

I am using weebly currently. when I am trying to edit the fulfillment this is the message I keep encountering: "

You are in a beta experience of item prep time. Item prep time can be edited only in Item Library at this time.

When I click on Item Library it takes me back to the main menu and I have no idea where to go from there. 
 
So I go back to the "edit item" menu and I see another message :

Sell as preorder Customers can purchase ahead of time for a future set of fulfillment dates. Only available for pickup and delivery" I click on that link and it takes me back to the main menu. So now I have no idea how to fix fulfillment or use the "sell as preorder" option.

 

Hoping someone can help me!
