My receipts from Pos are saying a refund was given instead of a sale. And it’s giving me a weird set of random letters for my business name (I have it correctly configured already). How do I fix these issues? It’s so annoying to have to re email clients and say it’s a sales receipt not a refund and tell them who it’s from!

Something that I did notice is that at the top of the screenshot you submitted, that is the PayPal logo. I would recommend reaching out to PayPal since this isn't coming from Square. Do you have any other documentation that is having issues that is being sent from Square?
