Issues with Square Loyalty today

Our loyalty program is acting up today. The customer display and the main display are showing different count. One customer was show 14 stars on the customer display and only 7 stars on our display. Customers our also telling us that when they check their loyalty on their phone, it is showing different numbers.

Hey there @meros . Really sorry to hear your customers' Loyalty profiles aren't reflecting the correct star counts. I checked to see if there were any reports about this from other Sellers and couldn't find anything but that doesn't mean we can't take a deeper look. 

 

I'm reaching out to the Loyalty Team to see if they have some tricks up their sleeves. I'll be back with an update once I get word from them.

Looks like Engineering wants to look further into why your customers' star counts are off. Mind calling into Support so they can gather more info and bubble your case up to Engineering?
