Issues with Cash App Payment

I tried to accept a cashapp payment for the first time on a manually entered amount, the customer scanned the QR code, and the customer got a response that their order was in progress and I would inform them when it was done. I didn't get the payment, a notice, an order, an email or a message. How do I complete the sale?
