Issues logging in to POS app

We have multiple locations set up, each with their own email and password. For some reason, we can't log in to our POS app on our Ipad (using a square stand). We get a "Loggin Failed you do not have access to Point of Sale for any locations." I changed the setting to include all locations and still it won't log in with the Team credentials given to that location. However, if we use the Owner credentials we are able to get in without any issues. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong or what I may be missing?

HI, as owner you have full access.  Each employee must be given access for each location.

@SixArtemis From your post, am I understanding you are trying to have a team member log in their profile to this ipad? If this ipad is shared and multiple people may use it as a point of sale it would be better to have the owner account logged in and having each team member use their individual passcode to then use the ipad.

Was I understanding correctly?

Hello @Lovewell - thank you so much, I will give this a try. We were trying to log in with the team member's credentials, I didn't think of logging in with my credentials and then having the team member's use their individual passcode. I hope this works 🤞 ... Thanks again Lovewell
