The customer uses their phone, the app says "authorising" then "disconnected from reader". And says "cancel payment" as button option. But the customers card account shows amount charged on their account. We dont get the money in our sqaure transactions. This has happened twice.. we know its notnthe card as the customer came back and bought more andnthe teansaction worked. Any one help??
