Issue setting up ‘Try another card!’

Just setting up my square chop reader. 
After I press charge on my phone. It automatically skips the payment option and is telling me ‘Try another Card’

but I haven’t even got a card out yet to try??

Thanks for writing in to the Seller Community. I noticed it's your first post, welcome!

You might be seeing this error message if there's any cards nearby, such as a payment card on your phone. Let us know if you've been able to take a payment since.
