Hi Asiconsulting,

Yes, we are on Google Maps, Google Business, Bing Business, Bing Maps and Yelp.  Do they help, yes - you get your name and business out there.  The good news is - getting this all setup is basically FREE.  One could do more by paying for additional ads and visibility however, trying to measure the ROI never worked out. Over the years we have learned that Free works.  As a very small business (meaning hey it's just me and my free support), spending money for additional visibility does not bring in more sales, it's just spending money - doing what we have done in addition to word of mouth has been quite successful.   Just my thoughts of course 😉

We do! I also pay a service (I forget the name currently) a yearly fee to make sure my information is the same across the board. It's very helpful.

Not sure about the SEO, but I do know the Spammers are helping us out by spoofing our number.   Had a few people call back to ask what was the reason for calling them?  After asking their name etc we find out we never called them, and then we talk about the candles and they sometimes order or say they will check out the website.   You never know where opportunities strike.
