Is there any ways to unable an item only on certain time like a lunch deal from 12 to 3pm ?

I have multiple offers on my menus such as half price burgers on mondays after 3pm or $1 wings on wednesdays after 3pm or lunch deal @$12 every day from 12 to 3 pm but unavaible after that, how can we set that up on an item?

While you're not able to set timed pricing directly on items, my best suggestion here is to use discounts, which will do much the same thing from what I can see.

So for example you could set up a discount for half price burger Mondays like this and it should automatically apply the discount to the chosen items during the times you've selected:
