Thank you I worked it out in the end ( it was about photo extension, I had to change webfile type to jpg)
Heya @Lotuslifestyle 👋
I've just visited your site, and the item you linked, on Chrome and Safari via a MacBook and iPhone with minimal, normal loading times. Are you still having trouble loading it now? Which device and browser are you using? Looking forward to hearing back from you 🙂

Glad to hear you resolved this, @Lotuslifestyle. Your website looks great, by the way!
Thank you so much still getting my head around things 😍
Hi all I seem to have the same problem, although even when I changed the file type to .jpg Any ideas? Thanks!
Can you send through a link to your site, and the product you're seeing this issue on, @destinationROAM? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Hey all - I'm having the same problem - photos are taking a long time to load on web and mobile and they are flashing while loading - any help would be valuable - https://www.brightsparkcreative.com.au

Hi @misskatewest,
Taking a look at your site now, I wasn't able to notice a lag, or slower loading speed compared to any other sites. I've tested this on Safari, and Chrome. Which browser are you using? Have you had a chance to clear your cache?
My website www.earthenry.com.au is also doing the same flashing image thing....but this only happens in the backend when I'm editing the site. The images and site load fine and are visible through a browser. Makes it very hard though to make design decisions when building or editing the site if none of the photos are showing up. It has been doing this for a few months now too! It's also not just with newly uploaded images - its doing it with images that were there before and used to load fine - so can't be anything to do with file extensions or file size surely!? Any help would be appreciated.
How frustrating, @EmHorswill!
Have you had a chance to clear the cache on your browser yet? To get started, your computer, open Chrome. Next:
Please let us know if the flashing continues after clearing your cache.
