Is there a way to keep an open tab for the day and invoice later?

At one of our locations, someone has offered to buy drinks for the whole week (we also offer grab n go food items). Is there a way to keep track of or keep a running tab of drinks for us to invoice at a later date?

We allow for tabs using the Order Tickets option.  You need to enable this for the device in the settings under checkout. Make sure that you have order tickets enabled and then you have the option to Save when adding items to a cart in your POS device. 

Then you can click on the saved carts button to pull them up.

We do this for certain customers and also for our team so that they can have a tab that accumulates and pay later.
