Is anyone having issues with the new online ordering ?

The new format of the online orders is tough to read compared to the previous version.

We print all of our orders to complete them. When printing I have a lot of information that is not needed on the form.

I also was able to update the pickup date, but the feature is no longer available.

Is anyone else having this experience?

I appreciate your feedback on the new online order format and understand the challenges with the additional information on printouts. Could you share more details on the specific extra information you're seeing that isn't needed?

 

As for editing the pickup date and time, you can still make these adjustments directly from your Square Dashboard. Just go to your Online Orders page, select the order, then click on the "pickup time" to see the option for edits.
