I keep trying to send a $5,000 invoice and it is not working. Every time my customer tries to send her payment she is being declined
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with our Invoice System @Royalty1. Hope this has been fixed. If not, I can assure you that our invoice limit is $50,000. This also applies to all other processing transactions in Square.
Can you please tell me what error you were receiving when trying to send the $500 invoice? When it coems to your customer, was the card getting declined or was the invoice not taking her card information? Can you please provide me with more details.
