Is There a Way to Turn Off Pop-Up Notifications on Square Appointments?

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: Loggin in and all the on screen notifications

Does anyone know how to stop all the on screen notifications that pop up as you log in to Appointments?

I am tired of having to click on several, every time I log in, to close them.  I don't have another location, I don't want to spend even more money on an add on, I am happy with the new look, etc.  This has been going on for about a month now, and I am fed up of it.  I just want to see my calander!!!!!

Thank you for that, @Sportstherapy.

I checked with our Appointments team and they said that once you dismiss the message, the message should not come back.

They said that if for some reason it still does reappear, they said they think that might be because your computer's cookies are not being set. They sent over the following steps to check:

  1. Are you using an incognito browser each other? If so, that means that the cookies will not be set, but if you can use the same session that should fix it.
  2. Could you please check on your cookie preferences? You can get there by going to your account menu, then tapping "Cookie Preferences." From here, you should be able to see if you have turned off all your cookies. That could also be affecting it.

Please let me know if this fixes this for you!

Hi @Sportstherapy, I appreciate you reaching out.

To my knowledge, I do not believe there is a way to adjust this, but I can definitely check with our Appointments team on this. Are you looking to see if you can adjust this on your desktop or mobile version?
