Invoices Sent from Old Email

Hello - all of my invoices are being sent to customers from an old email address that is no longer valid.  I've looked everywhere in my settings, and I cannot find where this is set!  Can someone please let me know what I need to update.  Thanks!

Hi @ckupiec ! 

 

Sorry to hear about this frustrating issue....Invoices should be coming from the email associated with your Square account. My advice would be to reach out to our Support Team as they can take care of account specific issues there. This is a public forum for all Sellers, so I don't want too many of your account details out there. 

 

If you'd like to speak with our Support Team by phone, you can give them a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am-6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday.
