Invoice Payment not going through to Balance

Hello everyone, I have an issue at the moment where a recent invoice payment for quite a large amount has not gone through to my available balance. It has been over 24 hours since this payment was made and it was a payment made in full.

Due to the public holidays, support is not available.

I am really hoping this is not due to it being a public holiday weekend which means this payment won't clear until tuesday.

Hi @noshanenogame,

 

I think this is more than likely due to the public holiday. My transfers seem to get delayed with public holidays. Hang in there and it should be in your account soon. The other option is the immediate transfer stuff, but to me it seems wrong to have to pay a fee to get your own money..

Hey Bruce, unfortunately immediate transfer is not even an option because the funds have not been moved to the available balance. Available Balance has been at 0 since the invoice was paid over 24 hours ago.

Oh, that doesn't seem right.  I don't use invoices all that often - have you tried looking at transactions? I there an associated transaction with it? If it's been paid then I would have thought it should be in your balance immediately. It's not the client just telling you it's paid is it ?

The transaction appears in the list as processed and there is no indication that the payment is pending. Everything appears as it normally does each time an invoice is paid.
