Invoice Paid but didn't make it in the deposits and its no where in the balance

I charged a card, along with several others at the same time, and all of them made it to the balance that was deposited except one. It is nowhere in the balance to be deposited, but the invoice is marked as paid on the same day as the other ones. It's like it disappeared and no record of it being deposited, even in my bank account. It takes several days for them to respond to this and now its Thanksgiving week and I need it for the payroll that is a day earlier this week! Frustrating!

Clearly this has been some time since this post. Sorry no one got around to seeing this then but just checking in to see if you ever did manage to find out what had happened with that payment if tt ended up showing up in your balance or not?
