Inventory Sell-Through Report Not Refreshing

The FAQ's for the Inventory Sell-Through Report says ...

 

"The report will update and refresh nightly every 24 hours and will have a timestamp stating the last time it was updated."

 

It is now 7/10/23, 9:44 am but the time stamp on the report says "Updated 7/6/23, 7:00 pm".

 

I've tried refreshing my browser & logging out and back in to Square ... still no change.

 

Is there something I'm missing with getting it to refresh?

We are having the same issue.  Is Square doing an update?  Why is the Inventory Sell Through report not current?

Most of the troubleshooting steps I have available are focused on addressing issues with inaccurate data in the reports, rather than the complete failure to generate data. After consulting with my team, we have not received any reports of disruptions to the Sell-Through feature currently.


A few things I can think to check are as follows:

1. Item tracking is enabled for one location but not another
2. Item tracking was disabled and reenabled since the last update

Another thing to keep in mind is that the report shows only stackable variations, not sell-by variations.

The issue of not generating data is happening to us currently.

The report was last generated at 7pm yesterday. It's now 7:27pm and still no update.

Why in the world wouldn't this report be generated in real time?

Is there a way to get a real time inventory report without having to own an apple product?

1) What browser version are you using? 

 

2) Have you cleared the browser history and cache
