Inventory - Sale

I see many boutiques doing a Fill a Bag Sale with a custom amount - for example fill a bag for $50 - is there a way to take this inventory out by doing a regular sale transaction but putting in a custom amount for total sale?

The easiest thing is to track what inventory you're putting in there elsewhere and then recalculate at the end of the day. I just create a fill a bag sale item and use that.
