International Fees being charged on Interac transactions (Canada)

Hi there, I've noticed on three separate transactions now that an Interac debit purchase has incurred additional International Fees in our Dashboard which should not be happening even by Square's own admission via their chatbot.  I can't find an email address to forward this information to so Square can investigate further.  Could someone please contact me or provide an email address where I can send my evidence? Thank you.
