Initiate reboot of terminal

My square terminal has frozen initiating a download of new software it says signing into terminal loading as a zero and the free screen is frozen anybody having similar problems with the reboot and of course Customer Service is only open Monday through Friday my system is on usable and I need it like yesterday anybody else have problems with this

Hey @Philsgrill thanks for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear about your frustration in contacting our Customer Success team. I can certainly connect you with them now if you haven't already contacted them. Since it's frozen, we will need to perform a factory reset on the Square Terminal to see if this gets you up and running. Can you please press and hold the power button until the reader resets and takes you through the set up process again? This should at least unfreeze the reader for you to run your business. Also, after the factory reset, you should be able to attempt the update again without any issues. If that happens, please let me know and I can connect you with our Customer Success team ASAP.
