I'm trying to get my site indexed on Bing. I have verified it on both Google and Bing and I've finally managed to get it indexed on Google, but although Bing is recognising my site it says it can't index it as it is blocked. Can anyone help? I have had a look at the webmaster guidelines but I don't really understand what this is asking.
