Incorrect Shipping on Website

We have (in the past couple days) multiple orders that shipping is not calculating correct.  The weight is in for the item but when the shipping is calculated it is not anywhere near correct.  I tried to recreate the error but I can't get the wrong shipping.

Our Shipping profile is correct.  Just sometimes it doesn't work. I attached our profile... example of an order with incorrect shipping $8.98 and the recreated order with the correct $35.98

HI, the shipping needs to be adjusted.  

Shipping in green is correct. 

Each beginning pound needs to be DIFFERENT.

0.374 next is 0.375 correct

24.999 went to 25 correct

1 lb to 2 lb cannot be

2 lb to 3 lb see how beginning number is the same?

They are all actually ending in .9999.  It just doesn't show it unless you go into and edit.  The thing is that STILL wouldn't be the issue as the weight was for the $35.98 category and it did $8.98.  It is 100% a glitch in square not how I have my shipping set up.  I have found a couple glitches over this weekend actually.  When I run my report for Square orders paid with Paypal it doesn't separate out the sales tax and shipping like it has done since day 1.  Square needs to get there system fixed as their customers are losing money because THEIR system is messed up.
