Image for Item does not appear on Checkout Link (just a grey square)

I have successfully added images for each of the items on my Item list. However, the image does not appear when I click on item URL (just a blank grey square where the image should be). I have cleared the cache from my browser yet the problem persists.

I have the same issue. Setup store, have images for items, using QR code, but when items comes up, there is no image.

Can you post a link to one of your checkout links that does not display the image? Is this happening when using the QR code, or also when accessing the link directly? Do you happen to know the size of the images you are using?
