INVOICES WON'T RECOGNIZE TAX EXEMPT ITEMS

We run a business that deals with both taxable and tax exempt items. I created Tax Exempt Exception rules, and they work great when working on a POS system where I enter the items for Quick Sale or individual sale.

When I go to create an Invoice Draft though and add those Tax Exempt items, the invoice shows those items being taxed. What am I doing wrong?

@shanasplace Where are you creating the invoice? point of sale? desktop? android or iOS? I have seen a bug that shows up from time to time where you have to manually remove the tax on an item.
