Hi @Wizor_Play. if I’m understanding your question correctly, this is because someone else has already claimed you Square subdomain. You have to choose another.
For example, if you wanted mysite.square.site and another seller was already using it, you’d need to choose mysite1.square.site or something else. That is just because first come, first served.
