I used square invoice an the invoice was paid but can't access money what am I doing wrong?

I sent my first invoice an it shows it was paid an under sales it shows the balance of the invoice when I tap instant transfers it shows a balance of 0. What am I missing to be able to access my money. Really don't want to have to contact the customer an ask her to stop the transaction an send it a different way. Please somebody help me , I have already shipped the product  I just need my funds for the product.

Hey @Bows-Blessings.  This is a little out there, but highly possible.  Do you know HOW the customer paid?  For example, did they pay via ACH, rather than with a credit/debit card?
