I need to change my square register deposits to my new acct... but it won't recognize the routing number. I'm typing it in correctly, I assure you, straight from the acct numbers on the bottom part of the check.
Nevermind... I just fixed... no help to Square's Customer Service! Gawd Awful CS... probably going to change services in the meantime
Hi there, @Garden84. So sorry we missed the mark on this one. While I am relieved your issue is resolved, I would still like to get some feedback on your experience with CS. Was the timeliness of our response an area we can improve upon? - or did you actual speak with our Support Team?
It is helpful to remember that responses on the Seller Community are usually responded to within 48 hours of the initial posting.
