I recently added a 2nd kitchen printer and works fine for pos orders but will only print on 1 printer for online orders. Square has not resolved issue in 4weeks. Has anyone had this issue?
Hello @largosplace ! My setup is with three printers and a KDS and I have no issue with online printing.
Let's look into your settings...
When you're looking at your second printer settings, is it configured to automatically print online orders?
App-> More -> Settings -> Hardware -> Printers -> Profiles
Find the profile for your second printer, tap on it. Hit Edit for Profile details, then tap the Online order tickets section. Confirm that this is on, automatically print is enabled, and the correct categories are enabled.
If this is all set up correctly, please let us know so we can continue to troubleshoot.
