I only plan to sell at farmer's markets. Ours does not have a valid street address. How do I set up my location without being able to verify it. My business is a sole proprietorship and I would prefer not to put my home address all over my website.

As I see this is your First post let me welcome you to the Square Sellers Forum.

I have a Physical Location and I actually do not have my stores address on my Receipts, just my phone number for the store.  Now you mention you do not want this information on your Website, which is different from having Square as a Credit Card Processor for selling at Flea Markets.  So are you setting this up for both in person and for Online sales but in person would be random locations?

In the back office of Square you can turn off Locations on receipts but not sure about for the website since the website would need an address for where products would be shipped from.  Let me know and maybe we can get an answer to if you can Hide your Address for the website through Square.   You might be able to call Square support for a clearer answer, or at least why it is needed in your case.  Their support number is listed in my Signature line.

Can you not just put the name of the Farmers Market in the address field?
