Square won't send a notification to my Square Dashboard in order to verify my account and I can't see my balance and its been a month. Ive been with them for 4 years and this has never happened. I'm frustrated because even though I've called for a whole month and they've been transferring my urgent need to another department that I can't call myself due to privacy issues? I can't have access to my prepaid money and I have to wait for them to send me the notification. How can I find this verify account in my dashboard or do I need to wait for the notification???? Please help me Square community because Square doesn't seem to care and once I transfer Im out.
