I need to immediately pick up my free card reader?

I signed up at Squareup.com for a free card reader and I need it in 2 days. When I went to Staples they said I needed an order number. I can't find an email with an order number.

How can I get the free reader?

Staples said I needed a confirmation number to pick it up.

Hi @Karen13!

If you are picking it up from Staples- there wouldn't be an order number since it wasn't ordered online.

However- when you purchase the reader in stores, your packaging for it will come with a redemption code inside to get your $10 back if it's the magstripe reader.
