I linked to Wufoo for people to purchase items. When purchased items dont come out of inventory

I created a form on Wufoo that allows people to purchase specific items.   The transactions are taking place successfully, but the inventory is not being reduced when the item is purchased.   Is this a known issue or did I set up the items incorrectly?

At this time there has been no other reports of issues of this same type. Typically when parts of the integration are not functioning properly, it is likely due to an issue with the integration. We'd recommend contacting Wufoo support to confirm that the platform has been integrated.
