I have team management and keep inviting staff but they do not get the invite. Any suggestions?

Sorry you're having trouble with this. Is it only occurring for some employees or all?
Whoever isn't receiving the invite- I would have them check their junk/spam folders to make sure it didn't go there instead of their inbox.
Also check to make sure the email they have on file matches what they're checking.

Hello and thank you for your response. It is only happening with staff members I am trying to add now. I have checked email addresses and they are correct. They have also checked their junk/spam folder and nothing....??

I would probably recommend at this point to reach out to our direct CS team to see if there's any known bugs for this.
If there is they can file a ticket for you to have our engineering team take a closer look.
