I have require prepayment on, yet you can book an appointment without paying WTF?

So i have recently switched from godady appointmnets to square, as square processed the payemnets for godady anyway.

However now current and new clients can book a session (appoitnment timeslot) without having to pay or enter card details???

Why is this happeneing? in settings I have Require Prepayment on!

Do your services have a fixed price? This is a requirement for prepayment. If the services have a variable price then a customer could book without prepayment.
