I have had a domain tranferred over but i cant get it to connect, but it says its active,,,HELP!!

i have transfferd my domain name and it says that it is active but its not connected... how do i connect it

HI, do you have access to the domain provider dashboard? You transferred domain from where to where? Where does it state Active?  Have you connected within your Online Dashboard?
