My Driver's License is blurry because Square forces me to send the image by taking a picture of it with my telephone. I tried repeatedly but I get the same error. I have asked Square if I can send a high-res scan of my Driver's License via email. Unfortunately, Square keeps telling me a "team member" will get back with me - but it's been days. I have money STUCK in my balance that I cannot withdraw to my business bank account. Even worse, I can't conduct business because I don't want more money that is unavailable to me stacking up in my balance. Help!
Hey @Derek3. I have a suggestion that doesn’t involve Square, but rather is an alternative to just taking a picture of your DL. Download the app “Folio Wallet” from your App Store. It will scan your DL, resulting in a much higher resolution image. I use it for all of my ID and cards — DL, passport card, library card, etc. It’s also a great organization tool. After you scan your DL, you can export the scans to files you can submit to Square. Hopefully that will work for you.
