Hey there @creatingrhileaf. This is one of those issues that you are going to have to contact customer support to resolve. They will be able to assist you in figuring out a way to fix this. Of course, it is the weekend and that department might now be available until Monday. But if you call this weekend, you will at least be able to get a trouble ticket filed and waiting for them.
