I am new to selling. Two customers informed me that SqSpace kept completing their credit card numbers for them with the wrong number. Is this a SqSpace autofil feature or is it likely the customers' computers? Thanks for your help.

@Avolinsky like Chip said, customers are in control of autofill. I also noticed you are saying "Squarespace". Squarespace is a different company than Square. (I know it can be confusing) So if this is happening on Squarespace's platform, we are unable to assist here.

Hey there @Avolinsky. Customers control autofill. They would have to change a setting in their web browser to turn it off. You are safe informing them that if they don’t want autofill they can turn it off, but that this will turn it off everywhere. They can’t pick and choose.
